Give your love interest confidence you’re legit

If you’re an online dating and networking user you know that there are major safety and security issues on dating apps, including catfishing, romance scams, and even violent crime.

For example, sex offenders target women on dating apps and social platforms. It’s a fact.

It’s no surprise that singles everywhere are asking their dates to get verified and get an ID. Women especially feel a need to stay safe from the dangers of dating online.

I founded in 2016 because I wanted a quick-and-easy way to prove to women I was safe and could be trusted, to get more hookups, meetups and serious dates alike.

It didn’t take long for the idea of having an ID for dating sites to catch on, especially with celebrities like Laura Ashley Samuels getting behind us.

Before I knew it I was getting interview requests.

Catfishing is a HUGE problem in online dating and networking and if you're not watching out for it, you should be. Odds are you've been catfished, whether you knew it was happening or not.

I've used all the dating apps and social platforms and have never not been catfished.

How bad is it? Between 2015-2018 romance scams cost consumers 360 million dollars in the US alone. In 2019 it was up to 200 million!

And an immeasurable amount of heartache.

's online dating and networking identity verification platform uses bank grade security, including requiring documentation such as a passport or drivers license, and facial scan, to make sure you're a real human.

When I suspect someone might be catfishing me I ask them to get verified and if they disappear my suspicions are confirmed. What's more, since I started sharing my profile on dating apps and social platforms, I'm not getting catfished nearly as much.

When scammers see Premium Xylo Badge they scatter like the cockroaches they are.

Even if you think you're too savvy to fall for a scam (almost no one truly is), matching with and getting messages from illegitimates is a huge waste of your time.

How do I know this isn’t a dating verification scam??

Glad you asked!

There are a lot of scams out there related to dating verification, unfortunately. They usually involve sending people to "safe dating verification sites" that will gladly accept your credit card – and provide you with nothing in return.

You will not get a card, badge or certificate. Instead, they will sign you up for fraudulent adult dating websites. Your credit card will be billed monthly.

There are many variations of the dating verification scam. The scammers frequently change the name to keep people from catching on.

Here are the top 130 most common versions of the dating verification scams as of January 2025.

If you have encountered one that's not on the below list, please get in touch and tell us what it's called. Leave it in the comments or type "report scam" into the chatbot, and we'll add it to the list.

Don’t fall for these scams...

And don't let your love interest fall for them either.

As we prepare for your Premium Xylo Badge (PXBS), we would like to inform you that a security deposit/insurance fee is required in advance to confirm and secure your PXBS NUMBER. Once you have made an insurance deposit, our billing department will issue your PXBS REF#, which you need to be able to meet anyone that you like on any affiliate site that we are operating.

The deposit amount is $850.00 USD, and it serves as a standard precautionary measure to cover any potential incidental costs or liabilities. This is a One-time deposit requirement, and it's fully refundable once your first meeting is successful.

For the safety of your partner, you need to deposit a PXBS SAFETY INSURANCE for her to make sure that she will be safe when she is with you. You will do this for your first meeting only. You don't need to do this after your first meeting.
